As the Teen Vogue Party kicks off at the Roosevelt Hotel, Lauren gets more information about her task for the night. Her Job is to guard the VIP area and make sure no one sits there. While Lauren and Whitney talks over their headsets about the party, Heidi and her friends show up and call Lauren to get in. A pressured Lauren then rushes to the front door and asks Whitney to let them in. Inside, Heidi and her gang sits in the VIP area, which Lauren was supposed to keep free of people. Lauren gets really anxious at first but eventually sits and relaxes for a bit. After a short while, her boss, Lisa Love, drops by and reminds her of her job. Lisa obviously seems dissatisfied and tells Lauren to report to the office on Monday. The party ends with Lauren left alone inside as her friends leave happy all together.

Lauren, Heidi and new pal Audrina go out for dinner joined by Heidi's current boyfriend, Jordan, his roommate and Lauren's friend, David. They all discuss jobs and responsibilities. Everyone has their own opinion. Lauren is worried, hoping to land the internship of her dreams at Teen Vogue. Heidi reassures her.
